One thing that I loved the most from album Fansign event is that I could discover more about what my faves up to these days. And lately, EXO ‘Don’t Mess Up My Tempo’ Fansign already gave me a lot of new information about my bias (Kyungsoo and Baekhyun!). It’s really interesting to read every little detail about them.

As for Kyungsoo, we know that this boy loved movies and food more than anything. Every time fans brought up a topic about it, his eyes would spark and he will gladly answer every question relate to it. Recently, on 181118 DMUMT Fansign, a fan asks him about his favorite series on Netflix and here’s his answer:

Kyungsoo's Netflix Recommendation
Kyungsoo watched Breaking Bad, Narcos, and Dexter on Netlix

(T/N) OP means Original Poster (someone who own the content below)

OP : do you watch netflix?

(And as expected from Kyungsoo. He also including Chef’s Table as one of his favorite series lmao)

Anyway, I’m kinda surprised with his taste on series.

It’s not because I didn’t expect it, but more like because I found his taste really similar to mine.

Everyone knows I was really addicted to criminal, thriller, mystery, and also political series. I do watch that kind of shows a lot and Dexter is my all-time favorite. So, when I found Kyungsoo enjoyed that kind of series… MAN it gives me such an indescribable joy.

I also watched Narcos and Breaking Bad. But didn’t really fond of it so yeah, let’s leave it here.

And in case someone wondering, here’s a quick review about every shows that Kyungsoo mentioned:

Breaking Bad is an American neo-western crime drama series that tells the story of Walter White, a struggling and depressed high school chemistry teacher who is diagnosed with lung cancer. Together with his former student Jesse Pinkman, White turns to a life of crime by producing and selling crystallized methamphetamine to secure his family’s financial future. Meanwhile, Narcos is an American crime drama series based on the story of drug kingpin Pablo Escobar, who became a billionaire through the production and distribution of cocaine.

And honorable mention about my fav series, Dexter:

Dexter is an American television crime drama mystery series that centers on Dexter Morgan, a forensic specializing in blood spatter pattern analysis who leads a secret parallel life as a serial killer. A forensic who worked with police and also a serial killer? Well, that’s what make this series interesting tbh. And this is my inner fangirl speaking: Dexter is really crazy, it was sooo good, and it leaves you sitting on the edge of your chair every episode. Bruh, if you haven’t watch Dexter till now, are you even alive?

Anyway, back on the topic.

Talking about Dexter brings back a lot of memories to me as a person. It’s because Dexter used to be something that I always watched back in college. Because I lived in a dorm (kos to be exact), I couldn’t watch it live when it airs. And streaming never be an option, because I’m broke af and couldn’t afford decent internet access lol.

So, I always watch back-to-back episodes every weekend on TV. Forgot which channel that used to air it but I remember watching it on Saturday or Sunday afternoon with my mom. She didn’t watch it from the pilot episode but kinda hooked with this series because I watched it a lot. With additional information here and there on what this show is all about, I got another Dexter fan in our house.

Yeah, that’s why Dexter got a special place on my heart. It holds the key to my college memories.

And what makes it more special is that, my faves also love this shows.

And it’s really matter <3

Thank you for reading this non-sense post lol. See you again!
